We’re thrilled to share the story of our client, Divino Group Restaurants, and their incredible journey to expand their brand in South Florida. Since 2011, the Encalada brothers have been on a mission to introduce the flavors of Peruvian cuisine to Miami residents.

Our client wanted to boost monthly net restaurant sales, improve revenue streams, enhance the performance of top-selling items, test new menu items, and ultimately expand their brand presence. The increased volume would lower their cost per unit and support their production center’s capacity.

  2. Develop and implement a personalized, omnichannel marketing strategy to promote the restaurant, reach new customers, generate revenue streams, and connect with consumers.
  3. Report on marketing initiatives, outcomes, and KPIs (promotions, ad and email campaigns, goals, and expected results).

We created a 360° digital marketing strategy that increased brand awareness, engagement, and online presence. The plan involved:

  • Market research for location placement and sales potential.
  • Website development, third-party reservation integration, and online ordering apps.
  • Social media management, including content creation, implementing and monitoring the RSS growth strategy, and managing activities (posts, shares, etc.).
  • Design and development of promotions: giveaway contests, loyalty programs, free items or discounts on holidays, happy hours, and special menu items.
  • PR and communications with foodies: events for bloggers and social media influencers, media campaigns, and online and offline publications.
  • Graphic design, brand development, promotional flyers, social media ads and posts, menu design.

  • Divino Group now operates nine locations under three different concepts: Divino Ceviche, Ceviches by Divino, and A-Taco by Divino.
